- Description
- The is a pre-solicitation notice for a dormitory surveillance system and instillation. The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to install all surveillance items, train personnel on operation, and remove all debris and associated material upon completion of service. The contractor will be responsible for instillation of the surveillance system IAW the manufacturer?s recommendations and specifications. Some of the items to be installed include, 5, 16 Channel 500GB DVR?s, an 8 channel DVR 250 GB, and more than 60 dome, color cameras. The solicitation will be posted on or about 21 Aug 06. Proposals will be due on 10 Sep 06. Funds are currently not available and may or may not become available for this project. Please make all offers valid through 30 Sept 06. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
