- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for supplies prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F2Y0JA6242A100 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-25. This solicitation is set aside for small business; the associated NAICS code is 333313 and small business size standard is 1,000 Employees. CLIN 001 : 2 each: VIZ Record IAB four/eight track recorder or equal. Salient characteristics include: Have at least 8 channels. Have ability to record, play back and store digital audio. Have ability to playback and review audio while recording. Have headphone output to allow for monitoring of each channel. Have built-in CD/DVD burner to allow for external storage and backup. The archived CD or DVD needs to have some sort of playback application for transcription purposes, and needs to be supported by a USB foot pedal. Have ports for a keyboard and mouse and an external monitor. Have at least 2,000 hours of internal storage. Have easy to use controls. Have ability to tag recordings for easier identification and retrieval. Supports line-in and mic-in levels and phantom power on each channel. CLIN 002: 10 each: Pro 42 Boundary Microphones or equal. CLIN 003: 10 each: XLR 25? mircrophone cables or equal. CLIN 004: 1 each: All included shipping and handling. This requirement is not currently funded.
