- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is being issued as a Request For Quotation. Reference Purchase Request number F2V4FM6188A800 on all documentaion to include the Quotation. This notice and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. 1. Description of Services. CLIN 0001 Provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary tp provide support for Compaq Equipment: 1ea - CPQDLT35/70 Tape Drive, 2ea - CPQ Proliant 6000 PC Server PIII, 1ea - CPQ Proliant 6500 PC Server, 2ea - CPQ Proliant ML370 PC Server. Support hardware maintenance services (24 hours per day/7 days a week/4 hours onsite response time). This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business, the North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 811212, the size standard is $21M in annual receipts (Not to Exceed). Proposals must list the DUNS number, CAGE code, and Federal TIN. If you need to obtain or renew a DUNS number or CAGE code, please visit www.ccr.gov. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in CCR. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Performance will start on 1 Oct 2006 thru 30 Sep 2007.
