- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and is 100% set-aside for small business. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is F2VVJS6220A100. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida, requires the following: M4 Tactical Upper Receiver Assemblies, with rails and additional accessories: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN 0001), 15 each, M4 Tactical Upper Receiver Assemblies, with rails (part number 233218, Model # HK416U104RS) or equivalent; CLIN 0002, 15 each, Diopter Rail Site (part number 203621) or equivalent; CLIN 0003, 15 each, Diopter Front Site (part number 233210) or equivalent; CLIN 0004, 5 each, HK Sight Adjustment Tool (part number 300009) or equivalent; CLIN 0005, 1 each, Shipping to MacDill AFB, FL 33621. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12, effective 04 Aug 06. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332994. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3484 with a small business size of 1,000 employees. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded. DESCRIPTION: The work covered by this contract consists of, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all parts, labor, services, tools, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation necessary to provide the five items listed above, in their respective quantities.
