- Description
- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Chief of Staff for Installation Management, intends to negotiate a sole source blanket purchase agreement with Environmental Science and Research Institute (ESRI) of 380 New York St, Redlands, California 92373-8118 to acquire ESRI software and maintenance. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all capabilities statement received by 13 Sep 06, 9:00 am. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See numbered note 22.
