E-MA IL: mary.baites@redstone.army.mil ***TELEPHONE REQUEST WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED*** This procurement is for on-site depot level diagnostic, fault isolation, cleanup and repair capability for PATRIOT Weapon System major items. This service is beyond the capabilities of the battery, battalion, and intermediate support units. This procurem ent includes depot level clean-up, repair and maintenance on all PATRIOT major items; including services required to return, and maintain, PATRIOT major items deployed in Japan maximum operational readiness. The basic contract will provide for 18 man-month s with contract options for FY 08, FY 09 and FY 10 for 72 man-months for a total of 90 man-months over a four-year period. RFP will be issued to Raytheon Co, 350 Lowell Street, Andover, MA 01810. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. This contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however; du e to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. Suggest that small business firms or others int erested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurements, makes contact with the above listed firm. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available.
