Description
Aerial Reconnaissance Low-COMINT: Perform Field Service Representative (FSR) requirements at Fort Bliss, Texas, with forward deployments to high risk Andean Ridge countries in South America; maintain management services in CONUS at vendor office and the bed down site at FT Bliss. Depot Level system support required. The Statement of Work (SOW) identifies the Field Service Representative (FSR) support for 2 x ARL-C aircraft systems at Fort Bliss and forward deployments in South America to provide a current organic maintenance capabi lity at Depot Level of support. The FSR support effort for the ARL-C system includes: Supply activities and accountability with 900 line items of equipment, pre-mission preparation for the onboard COMINT collection system, post mission repair, support fo r the Digital Audio Recorder (DAR), integrated Special Radio Equipment, COMSEC load and support, operation and repair of the Ground Procedural Trainer, provision of a Full Time Trainer who can support the military unit at their schedule convenience, operat ion and support of a remote Calibration Site. Further, the contractor must be able to calibrate and test the ARL-C system to full US Government (USG) specifications. Calibration software and procedures will not be provided by the USG nor will a software/hardware data package be provided by the USG. On deployment FSRs will be required to supplement military unit organic electronic repairmen to di agnose and/or repair any and all electronic equipment as capable. Employees assigned to work under this contract must have a Top Secret/Special Intelligence (TS /SI) security clearance for the OCONUS location. The contractor shall be responsible for obtain ing all necessary security clearances and identification for contractor personnel at award and for timely replacement of personnel such that there is minimum impact on mission performance. FSRs will be designated Emergency Essential Civilians and willing to adhere to military directives including vaccinations and work visas for the deployed country.
