Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS) intend to negotiate a noncompetitive contract with Avian Research and Conservation Institute, Inc. This procurement is to conduct aerial census of wood stork nesting colonies. A determination not to compete this proposed contract has been made Pursuant to 41 U.S. C. 253(c)(1), as implemented by 6.302-3, this requirement has been justified and approved in accordance with FAR 6.303-1 and FAR 6.304. THIS NOTICE IS NEITHER A REQUEST FOR QUOTATION OR A SOLICITATION OF OFFERS. All inquires and concerns must be addressed in writing to the facsimile number stated herein, Attn: Lewis Boggan. Responses to this notice must be received by September 13, 2006. If no responses are received, an award will be made to Avian Research and Conservation Institute, Inc.
