Description
THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION N62467-06-R-2351 WHICH IS BEING ADVERTISED UNRESTRICTED, FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION. Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Engineering, Southeast Division, is seeking to award a Firm Fixed-Price Contract to provide Preventative Maintenance and Inspection of Hydrosite Closed Loop Vehicle Wash Systems installed at Marine Corp Reserve Centers. The 13 locations for this requirement are (1) Bessemer, AL, (2) Alameda, CA, (3) South Bend, IN, (4) Brooklyn, NY, (5) Garden City, NY, (6) Rochester, NY, (7) Eastover, SC, (8) Ebensburg, PA, (9) Reading, PA, (10) Knoxville, TN, (11) Fort Worth, TX, (12) Galveston, TX, and Grand Prairie, TX. The Contractor shall provide all labor, transportation, materials, and equipment to accomplish the requirements of task orders issued by the Contracting Officer. The 2002 NAICS Code for the proposed acquisition is 811310, Hydraulic Equipment Repair and Maintenance Services, and the small business size standard is $6 Mil. Federal Supply Code is 4940, Miscellaneous Maintenance Equipment. The solicitation and its attachments are attached. This contract will include a base year and four one-year options. There will be no future synopsis in the event the options included in the contract are exercised. No new work can be issued after one year following award of initial contract unless option year is exercised. Offerors must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database with a DUNS number in order to participate in this procurement. The government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any proposal.
