- Description
- The navy has a requirement for Regional Readiness Requirements (R3) Utility System Support. NAVFAC Washington requires technical support for enhancement and continuing operations of the integrated production control system for facilities maintenance and transportation. R3 specialized support is required to enhance and administer the expanded region-wide R3/GIS database. Also, technical and developmental support is required in a variety of Utility Monitoring Controls Systems and related ancillary control systems. The period of performance is approximately one year. This acquisition is set aside for small business. Contract award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is compliant with the solicitation, and is considered to be best value to the government considering technical (with resumes), price, and other factors considered. Award will be made under simplified acquisition procedures outlined in FAR Parts 12 and 13. The point of contract is Naomi Melendez, telephone 202-685-8051.
