- Performance Dates for Services: September 18, 2006 Thru December 01, 2006 Identification of Ship/Facility : LCU-SHAFTING AND COMPONENTS LOCATED @ ACU-2. Complete and detailed description of services needed: ????????????????????? Accomplish the following requirements; 1. Obtain shafting and components from ACU-2 and convey to contractors plant. 2. Refurbish shafting, manufacture new coupling haves, manufacture new coupling sets and apply proprietary coating onto repaired shafts in accordance with NAVSEA Drawings 243-5107095 (Shafting), 203-2889623 (shafting) . The total number of shafts to be repaired is as follows: 2 each outboard propeller shafts, one each propeller line shaft for lcu-1655 . 3. Inspect coupling haves and coupling sets to be in accordance with NAVSEA Drawings 243-5107095 (Shafting), 203-2889623 (shafting)
