Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor (FISCPH) is soliciting, in accordance with FAR 12 and 13.5, for an upgrade to the Joint Employment Mission Planning Rehearsal System(JEMPERS) Complete specifications are included in the solicitation. To be negotiated on a sole source basis with Dataline Inc., per FAR 6.302, as system in place is proprietary. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals, which will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This will be a Firm, Fixed Price supply/service type contract. FOB Destination. Place of delivery is Pearl Harbor Naval Station in Pearl Harbor, HI. Delivery required by 30 SEPTEMBER 2006. Solicitation will be issued on or about 18 SEPTEMBER 2006 with a closing date of 18 SEPTEMBER 2006. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by FISCPH. This solicitation and any subsequent amendments will be posted to the NECO website: http://www.neco.navy.mil. Prospective offerors are responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation from this website and for frequently monitoring that site for any amendments. The Government is not responsible for any inability of the offeror to access the posted documents. No telephone or FAX requests will be accepted, and no hard-copy solicitation/amendment will be mailed or FAXed. Electronic submission of proposals/quotes is not available at this time.
