Description
The Regional Contracting Department Pearl Harbor Hawaii intends to negotiate from a written quotation, a SOLE SOURCE, contract for commercial services/supplies in accordance with FAR Part 12 using FAR Part 13 procedures with Petroleum Analyzer Company. All contractors shall be registered in the Central Contracting Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.gov to be eligible for Department of Defense contract awards. This Solicitation, Number N00604-06-T-0648 is an internet-only solicitation. Hard copies of the solicitation shall not be available. Phone requests will not be accepted. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by this agency Requestors shall provide their name, address, phone/fax numbers and e-mail address. Submit the completed solicitation quotation and the completed representations and certification clauses (complete them at https://orca.bpn.gov) to deborah.alberto@navy.mil or faxed to (808) 473-0811by 10:00 am Hawaii Standard Time on 12 Sep 06. When applicable, offerors shall submit brochures when offering an ?equal? product. The text of all referenced clauses can be viewed at http://arnet.gov/far. The solicitation can be downloaded from the NECO website at http://www.neco.navy.mil on or about 08 Sep 06. An award is anticipated on or about 13 Sep 06. The criteria for award shall be based on the lowest priced technically acceptable, responsible offer: FOB Destination Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. The requirements are as follows. The contractor shall be responsible for all labor, materials, on-site travel and parts to maintain the petroleum analyzer instrument in accordance with the OEM manufacturer?s maintenance specifications by its authorized technicians and provide the customer with a written service report for each maintenance visit. The period of performance is from 1 October 2006 through 30 September 2007.
