- Provide quantity of three (3) of Shelter Support Trailers with 35KW Generator Load Share, Part Number 62-Get35KW8OD, Color: Olive Drab Green, NSN 8340-01-533-1697 for the Naval Facilities Expeditionary Logistics Center, Port Hueneme, CA. The requirement is a sole source action to be awarded to Base-X Shelter, Inc. Fairfield, VA Delivery schedule is ten (10) weeks ADO. FOB Destination. The authority for this sole source action is U.S.C. 240 (c ) (1), as implement by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the Agency?s requirement. Base-X Shelter, Inc is the Original Manufacturer Equipment of the Table of Allowance (TOA) approved equipment. A determination not to compete this requirement is within the discretion of the Government. This notice is for information only. It is not a request for proposals or a solicitation of offers. The applicable NAICS code 314912, and a size standard of 500 employees - See Note numbered 22.
