- Description
- The purpose of this amendment is to provide answers to questions received from potential offerors and to extend the closing date. 1. Q. Will the solicitation be opened to highly effective, low pressure systems? A. If the "low pressure" system can provide data that the technology can meet our required particle size and concentration. 2. Q. Would the solicitation be open to a non-commercial company working in partnership with a large, commercial company? A. We are looking for a technology that can be supplied commercially. A teaming with a technologist and a manufacturer is fine if the alliance can be documented. 3. The closing date for receipt of proposals is extended from September 8, 2006 4:00pm local time to September 15, 2006 4:00pm local time.
