- The General Services Administration currently leases 19,244 rentable square feet of office space with 87 parking spaces in Woodland Hills, CA. GSA intends to negotiate a ten (10) years, five (5) years firm succeeding lease with the current location. GSA, however, will consider other buildings provided they meet the criteria in this announcement and can prove overall cost effectiveness when considering relocation costs of furniture and telecommunications, tenant improvements and other factors. Any other buildings to be considered must be located within the following delineated area: North - Victory Blvd. South - 101 Freeway East - De Soto Ave. West - Topanga Canyon Blvd. The space should yield approximately 17,670 BOMA usable square feet. Surface parking is required for eighty-seven (87) vehicles. The proposed lease should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than July 1, 2007. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility.
