Description
This contract is for reclearing a portion of the US Canadian boundary, more specifically 35 miles along the Maine-New Brunswick boundary from Monument 1 which is approximatley 10 miles south of Houlton ME port of entry to Monument 48A located at the Bridgewater, ME port of entry. The cleared area is defined as 20 feet wide "Skyline" which requires trimming trees overhanging the 20 foot width 10 feet each side of the boundary. Due to the type of terrain most of the work will have to be done with hand tools, chainsaws, bushcutters. An electronic bid package is avalible.
