- U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) intends to procure 45 each Alert Signal Amplifier Device, P/N 92262470-501, with delivery at L3 Communications, BLDG 21 Door 12 5749 Briar Hill RD Lexington KY 40516. The intended source is Lear Siegler Services, Inc, 595 Shrewsbury Avenue, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702-4158. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. ?Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements?. The associated NAICS code for this item is 336413 and the small business standard is 1000 employees. Inspection/ Acceptance: Origin FOB: Destination. Required delivery date, 22 February 2007 however, partial and early delivery is authorized at no additional cost to the government.
