- This will be a fixed-price, sole source acquisition Vision Systems International, LLC for twenty-three (23) each Display Unit, Helmet applicable to the JHMCS, F15/16/18 aircraft. NSN: 1240-01-469-6497, P/N: 620520-01-05. Delivery date: 31 Mar 2007, Ship To Address(es): FOB Origin to FB2065, Robins AFB. The government is not in possession of an adequate data package, therefore, proposals will be accepted from responsible offerors. The approximate issue date will be 07 July 2006 with an approximate response date of 04 August 2006.
