Amendment 06 to amend solicitation 247-0044-06 to change response due date to read 07 Nov 05, and to add, On page 15 under #9 Penalty Clause. In paragraph 2 it currently states ... uploaded into VISTA within the stated turnaround time. It should be changed to read .... uploaded into VISTA to the correct patient's record within the stated turnaround time. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-OCT-2005). IT ACTUALLY APPEARED OR REAPPEARED ON THE FEDBIZOPPS SYSTEM ON 08-SEP-2006, BUT REAPPEARED IN THE FTP FEED FOR THIS POSTING DATE. PLEASE CONTACT fbo.support@gsa.gov REGARDING THIS ISSUE.
