- The purpose of this modification is to extend the submission deadline to 8/21/2006. Clarification: this is an RFQ and not a sources sought notice. Summary: The Department of State seeks proposals for the installation of GFE (Technical Security Systems) in a chancery building located within the US EMBASSY compound in ASMARA, ERITREA that currently exists as a concrete shell. Interested parties MUST possess current SECRET level facility clearances and SECRET clearances for all proposed workers. Please see attached statement of work for greater technical details. Selection Criteria: The Department anticipates a Best Value determination based on: Past performance on overseas projects, Price, Team Leader expertise, and deployment availability.
