- Description
- The Air Force intends to award a sole source contract to Pacific Toxicology Laboratories. Services Non-Personal: The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, instruments, tools, parts, facilities, transportation, materials supervision, and other incidentals and services necessary to provide all specialized laboratory testing related to biological cadmium monitoring for 72 MDG/SGPFO, Occupational Medicine Services at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma in accordance with the Statement of Work. The period of performance is 12 Oct 06 to 11 Oct 07. In accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Availability of Government?s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
