- This synopsis announces the Performance Decision to implement the Agency Tender under Solicitation No. RFP-NHQ-03-004-FINAL on the OMB A-76 Study of the National Cartography & Geospatial Center for the Natural Resources Conservation Service of the U. S. Department of Agriculture. The cost of agency performance is $24,435,545 which covers the phase-in period and five periods of full performance. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-JUN-2004).
