- Description
- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately. The solicitation number is F73AJ462260100. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated FAR provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-12 and Class Deviation 2005-o0001. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DCN 20060814. Purchase Professional Services, furnish all materials, transportation and equipment, and perform all labor required to prepare a requirement analysis, concept design, and develop an equipment list needed for a complete Command Center on Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Offers will be evaluated based the following: Must have a SECRET clearance, verified by the ALCOM J2 office; Must have prior experience/past performance related to Command Center designs; Must be able to meet the 30 May 2007 delivery date; Knowledge of Alaskan Headquarters/organizations functionality/interoperability highly desired, and Price.
