- SERVICES NON-PERSONAL: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, protective equipment and clothing, material, parts, transportation and incidentals necessary to travel to Tinker AFB OK to perform Remedial Maintenance (RM) Services on Numerical Control Equipment. The period of performance is 01 December 2006 through 30 November 2007 with four (4) option years. Point of contact is Pablo A. It should be noted that all contractors are required to be registered in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database prior to award. ORCA is an e-Government initiative that was designed by the Integrated Acquisition Environment (IAE) to replace the paper based Representations and Certifications (Reps and Certs) process. Firms interested in architect-engineer or service contracts with the Federal Government must have their Representations and Certifications on file with ORCA.
