Competition for this part is limited to the sources which are listed on or are qualified for listing on the QPL at the time of award. The approximate issue date of the solicitation will be 18 Sept 06. The approximate response date of the solicitation will be 19 Oct 06. The anticipated award date will be Nov 06.
