Description
Description 1) U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE APPROXIMATELY 9,101 RSF (YIELDING AT LEAST 7,914 ANSI/BOMA OFFICE AREA SQUARE FEET) OF OFFICE SPACE WITHIN A SPECIFIC DELINEATED AREA DESCRIBED BELOW. The space must meet requirements for fire-safety plus handicapped access in accordance with ADA and UFAS guidelines. Parking requirement: There must be one (1 ) space on site, and a minimum of forty (40) spaces available on site or within a two (2) block radius. Local metered parking is not acceptable. Anticipated occupancy will be April 2007. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years, Seven (7) years firm term. DELINEATED AREA: City of Pittsfield, Massachusetts, Central Business Area (CBA,) also known as ?areas B-D of the Downtown Arts District? as delineated on the Downtown Arts District Zoning Map, of the City of Pittsfield, MA. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN AUGUST 17, 2006 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 2) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 3) Legal description 4) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered in CADD format. AutoCAD or compatible format is required. 5) The drawings shall clearly show all architectural features including columns. Column spacing must be 20?-0? (twenty feet) face-to-face. 6) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 7) Rentable Square Feet Offered 8) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 9) Number of parking spaces available on the premises. 10) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
