- The United States Government is expressing interest in locating office space for the USDA in Logan, Utah. The delineated area includes portions of Logan and North Logan and is as follows: North: 3100 North Street South: 200 North Street East: 1200 East Street West: 200 West Street The purpose of this advertisement is to seek information from property owners willing to provide approximately 9,085 square feet of rentable office space within the above boundaries. Rentable space must yield a minimum of 7,900 square feet of ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. A lease is required for a ten (10) years/five (5) years firm term. 68 surface parking spaces must be available as part of this lease. In addition to surface parking, parking space must also accommodate two storage sheds (approximately 12' x 16' each). Targeted occupancy date is June 1, 2007. The space offered should provide a modern office environment, which meets the General Services Administration's Fire, Life Safety, and ADA or UFAS handicapped accessibility standards. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent the building's ownership.
