- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.This acquisition is being conducted with commercial procedures as outlined at FAR 12. This is a simplified acquisition. Anticipated award less than $50,000.00. Solicitation number H92240-07-T- G010is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) Note #1 applies. SIC: 8249 NAICS Code: 611430 with a size standard of NTE $6.5 million F.O.B.Destination. All responsible business may submit a quote that shall be considered. Closing date is: October 10, 2006 Closing time is Noon Pacific Standard Time. All quotes must be received by at the contracting office by the closing date and time to ensure contract is awarded on time. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation Commercial Items (1999) award will be made based on technical capability, past performance, and price. These evaluation factors have equal importance. For past performance evaluation, provide at least three (3) references of sources for whom you have provided the specified materials and/or service(s). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-11. All potential offerors must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR). DESCRIPTION: NOTE: Vendor is not required to perform training or courses of instruction. LOGSUPP will develop the required course of instruction, scenarios and training oversight. This request is for facilities usage only. Required dates of availability: October 16, 2006 thru October 23, 2006. Provide facilities and infrastructure to support a command led training scenario as outlined below: Small Arms Ranges to support paper and steel targets, Sniper Range, Breaching House to support a minimum of: explosive, exothermic torch, power tools, and manual breaching methods, Shooting Houses with the following minimum specifications: Multiple story, multiple entry point building with 20 + rooms to support a minimum of a 32 man task element working in unison, Ballistic Enclosure with the ability to shoot in all directions, ballistic walls must withstand 5.56 mm green tip, Charge Preparation Area, Explosive Preparation Area with static free non sparking metal working surfaces, Preparation area must be shielded to contain inadvertent explosions and prevent collateral damages or injuries, Secure Armory and Storage Area capable of holding 45 weapons systems (pistols and rifles) and classified cryptology equipment Ready Service Locker for storage of ammunition and separate storage lockers for explosives List of products and services deliverable by the vendor CQC breaching targets include: 50 wood doors, 50 metal doors, hardware for doors (100 sets), 8 windows, 2 hollow block walls with #8 wire, 40 shotgun breach blocks for BTI Door, 2x4?s, bars, chains, brackets, rebar (quantity for 25 barricaded doors), List of Items that will be provided by LOGSUPP: Paper Targets, Explosive Breaching accessories/construction material, Ammunition/Explosives/Distraction Devices and Weapons.
