Description
(i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) Solicitation FA4877-07-Q0092 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12, effective August 4, 2006. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE IAW FAR 19.502 (a). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 325998 and the small business size standard 500 Employees. (v) Davis-Monthan Air Force Base is seeking potential sources for pool chemicals to include, but not limited to: Bromine, CO2, Soda Ash, Black Algae Killer, and Muriatic Acid. Please provide a price list of all chemicals involved in pool maintenance, cleaning, balance, etc. All prices should include the appropriate taxes and shipping.
