Description

Turbine Fuel, Aviation, Thermally Stable (JPTS) MIL-DTL-25524E (USAF) dated 20 Nov 1997. Estimated annual requirement: 4,824,000 USG. Deliveries via FOB Destination railcars to Beale AFB, CA and DFSP Seabrook, TX, FOB Destination truck to Osan Air Base, South Korea and FOB Origin tank truck and intermodal containers to a variety of world-wide locations. All offerors must pass a year-long testing qualification prior to award of a contract. Only those sources who have qualified previously and those firms who have passed quality testing certified by Wright-Patterson AFB, OH will be evaluated.(POC:Mr. Wilkes 937-255-8103). A copy of this solicitation will also be available at the DESC homepage (www.desc.dla.mil). Requests for paper copies of the RFP must be submitted by fax to (703) 767-9269, ATTN: DESC-BCB Matt Shuster. If you intend to submit an offer, you are required to complete, sign and return the document entitled OFFER SUBMISSION PACKAGE to DESC-BCB. Electronic mail (email) offers will be accepted. See Notes 2, 9 and 12. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered. Offers from vendors or individual listed on the Debarred List or List of Excluded Parties shall not be considered.
