SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARMSTRONG MEDICAL P/N AE4700 (BROSELOW/HINKLE SYSTEM). UNIT OF ISSUE IS EACH. Delivery shall be to the Defense Distribution Depot Hill, Hill AFB, UT (QTY 19ea).
