Description

The Bureau of Prisons is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide out patient drug abuse treatment services (TDAT) for inmates confined in a community-based Residential Reentry Center located at 11105 E. Jefferson Avenue, Detroit, Michigan. . Performance period under this contract will begin on December 1, 2006 with services ending November 30, 2007. Estimated number of inmates (14): (2) Intake Assessment ; Individual Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 96 Individual Units x 14 inmates = 1344 total units; Group Counseling Sessions (30 minutes = 1 unit) 144 Group Units x 14 inmates = 2016 total units; The services described shall be in accordance with the Federal Bureau of Prisons Transitional Drug Abuse Treatment (TDAT) Statement of Work dated October 2005. The solicitation will be available on or about November 1, 2006 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration?s Federal Business Opportunities web site http://www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation document will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about November 24, 2006. Faith-Based and Community-Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by this Agency.
