Description: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Salem, Virginia has a requirement for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) Services for eligible beneficiaries residing in the Danville, Virginia geographic area. Services shall include both primary care and mental health services. This requirement is 100% set aside for small business. The NAICS code is 621498 standard size $9M. Contract period shall be twelve months from date of award plus Two-(2) One Year Options. The procurement shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 12 commercial item procedures and in conjunction with FAR 15. Solicitation packages will be available on or about October 26, 2006.
