Description

W9124R-07-T-1002 Sole Source. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Arizona, Contracting Agency, Southern Region, Directorate intends to negotiate a firm fixed priced contract on a sole source basis with the Applied Technology Institute, 349 Berkshire Drive, Riva, MD. Th is contract will be for the procurement of GPS training in support of the Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) mission. This training is tailored to support the mission and the equipment in use at YPG. Award of this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acqu isition Regulation (FAR) Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit a proposal. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSAL. In order t o protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional release of guarded information all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed training. If you feel that youre firm possesses the abilit y to provide these services, then you must respond by October 13, 2006 at 5:00 PM MST. All inquiries shall be clearly marked with solicitation number W9124R-07-T-1002 and emailed to steve.tirone@yuma.army.mil or sent by facsimile to (928) 328-6849. See not e 22 for the time period exception for receipt of proposals for consideration is nine days instead of 45 days.
