Description: The item to procure is Battery Powered Motorized Traversing Units (BPMTU). These units are to be used on the HMMWV Gunner Protection Kit. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quanity (IDIQ) contract for a minimum order of 1,750 e ach, maximum order of 10,000 each. Estimated issue date is 12 October 2006. Contract is proposed sole source contract to Armor Holdings Aerospace and Defense, 9113 LeSaint Drive, Fairfield, OH 45014. Note 22 applies.
