Required delivery with First Article is 194 Each, 246 Days After Contract Award (DACA). Required delivery with Article II is 194 Each, 205 DACA. Required delivery without First Article is 194 Each, 164 DACA. This item is restricted to the approved source Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE Code 97499 because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligi ble for award.
