Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Tulsa District, intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, Georgia for Environmental Management System (EMS) Support for the Army Reserve, Installation Management Agenc y (IMA), Army Reserve Office. The services shall include making revisions to the Environmental Management System (EMS) written material for presentation to the Chief of Staff for the Headquarters US Army Reserve Command and to provide technical expertise to the Army Reserve on EMS planning and data call requirements.
