Description: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting & General Services Office in Portland, OR have a requirement at the Klamath Basin National Wildlife Refuges (Siskiyou County) California, to provide a fixed wing aircraft, pilot, and a trained observer to conduct up to fourteen (14) periodic aerial waterfowl surveys in certain waterfowl habitats in Northeastern California and southern Oregon as designated by Klamath Basin NWRs. Specifically, there shall be two surveys each, in the following months of October through April and two surveys in September as well. Selection process is "Best Value" (Price, Experience & Past Performance). This requirement shall be awarded with a base year plus four (4) option years at the Federal Government's discretion.
