- REQUIREMENT: The United States Government seeks to lease 2,864 Rentable Square Feet, yielding 2,580 ANSI/BOMA Square Feet of office and related use space. Space must be located in a prime commercial office district with attractive, prestigious surroundings with a prevalence of modern design and/or tasteful rehabilitation in modern use. Offerors cannot be affiliated with mine ownership or the mine industry. Subleases are not acceptable. DELINEATED AREA: The space will be located the City of Jacksboro, TN within the following boundaries: North: I-75 to Bruce Gap Road to Butler and Egg Road to 25W/63 to Clairborne Lane. East: Claireborne Lane to 25W/63 to Pinecrest Road to Towe String Road. South: Towe String Road to Jacksboro Station Road to Island Ford Road to Queener Road to 25W/63 to I-75 Exit 134. West: I-75 Exit to Walnut Street to old TN63 to Apperson Street to I-75. REQUIRED: Thirteen (13) secured parking spaces are required. All services, supplies, utilities and tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. LEASE TERM: Term is for 10 years, 5 year firm, with the Government having cancellation privileges after the fifth year on sixty days notice. Proposed occupancy date is May 23, 2007.
