Description

The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO) and DISA ISC Columbus intend to issue a sole source contract to General Dynamics Network Systems, 77 A Street, Needham Heights, MA 02494. This acquisition is for a firm-fixed price contract to provide hardware purchase of TACLANE E-100, KG-175. encryption device hardware to systems located at the DISA ISC Columbus. Hardware is needed for delivery by 15 October 2006. The hardware is proprietary and protected by copyright laws. General Dynamics Network Systems is the original equipment manufacturer and controls the copyright to hardware distribution for the TACLANE encryption device hardware. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office. Email request to james.franey@disa.mil. No contract award will be made on the basis of quotations/proposals received in response to this notice, since this synopsis cannot be considered a Request for Quotations/Proposals.
