- This requirement is set-aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code is 561110, $6.5M. The Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration has a requirement for support services for the Office of Accident Investigation's Aviation Safety Hotline Program located in Washington, DC. Contractor support services are required to support the Aviation Safety Hotline Program that provides a means for which persons, with specific information, report violations of Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations and unsafe aviation practices while maintaining their confidentiality or anonymity, if requested. A Firm Fixed-Price contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. All interested sources should download the Screening Information Request (SIR) / Request for Offer (RFO) from the internet. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. Any responses received after that date and time will not be considered in accordance with AMS provision 3.2.2.3-14, Late Submissions, Modifications, and Withdrawals for Submittals. If all requested information is not furnished, the vendor's response may be determined unacceptable; therefore, not considered as one of the qualified companies. Oral or written communications with offerors, during the screening process, will be conducted if the FAA deems communication is necessary.
