Description

Services consist of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials to perform all work (to include in-bound and out-bound, packing and crating of household goods for military moves) in strict accordance with the Defense Transportation Regulation (DTR) DoD Regulation 4500.9R Part IV (http://www.transcom.mil/j5/pt/dtr_part_iv.cfm) and the specifications on a Firm Fixed Price Requirements type contract for Fort Leavenworth, Kansas, Area One. Area One includes the following counties: In Kansas: Leavenworth , Wyandotte, Jefferson, Atchison, Doniphan, Brown, Nemaha, and Jackson. In Nebraska: Richardson, Pawnee, Nemaha, and Johnson. In Missouri: Atchison, Holt, Nodaway, Andrew, Buchanan, Platte, Clay, Clinton, Dekalb, Gentry, and Worth. Performance period will be base year of 01 January 2007 through 31 December 2007 and four option years. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns only. The size standard for small business concerns including its affiliates is average annual sales and receipts for the proceeding three (3) Fiscal Years, not in excess of $23.5 million. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 488991. The Invitation for Bid (IFB) W91QF4-07-B-0001 will be issued on or about 20 October 2006. SOLICITATION A VAILABILITY: the IFB and reference documents will be made available for downloading from FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov. No telephone requests shall be considered. Bidders must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (www.ccr.gov) to be elig ible for award.
