- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition procedures in FAR 13 and the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This annou ncement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W911SA-07-T-A001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is due by 18 Oct 2006, 1500 hrs CST. All offerors must be within a 50 m ile radius from Ft. McCoy Garrison, WI 54656. This solicitation is set aside for small business participation under NAICS code 532412 with a small business size standard of $6.5M. This RFQ and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throu gh Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-09. FY07 funds are not presently available for this contract. Notice of availability will be provided by modification. Payment will be in arrears. CLIN 0001 3 ea @ __________x 4 Months = ________Total. The lease of a Case 621 or Equal Front End Wheel Loaders with quick couplers and Auxiliary Hydraulics to accommodate angle blades; With 12' Wausau Front Hydraulic Angle Blades; Period of Performance , 15 Nov 2006 - 15 Mar 2007, is estimated due to the nature of the lease timeframes and are subject to change. All equipment leased must not be older than 3 years; cutting edges must be replaced with 12 hours of notifying the Contractor of damage. Cost i ncludes replacing cutting edges as required during the rental period; Delivery and pickup of all equipment at the end of the season is also included in the total cost. In accordance with FAR 39.106, the contractor shall ensure the PARTIES INTERESTED IN RESPONDING TO RFQ may submit their quote in accordance with standard commercial practice (i.e. quote form, letterhead, etc.) and MUST INCLUDE THE FOLLO WING INFORMATION: Solicitation number; offerors complete mailing and remittance addresses; discount terms, DUNS number, Tax Identification Number, and technical information displaying features of proposed equal for comparison to suggested product. Prospe ctive contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications at http://orca.bpn.gov in conjunction with required registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Specifically, 52.212-3 Alt I shall be completed e lectronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. In accordance with FAR 52.212-1(k), prospective awardee shall be registered and active in the CCR database prior to award. If the Offeror does not become registered in the CCR database in the time prescribed by the Co ntracting Officer (NLT due date/time of solicitation), the Contracting Officer will proceed to award to the next otherwise successful registered Offeror.
