Description

This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price 3 year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract for Heater Kits per the characteristics of Active Gear of Canada Part Number 501 0120 8001. These heater kits are for the Forward Repair Syst em (FRS) Vehicle. The minimum and maximum quantities will be stated in the solicitation. FOB is destination Rock Island Arsenal. Approximate solicitation issue date is 18 October 2006. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.502 and 5.102, therefore, hardcopies will not be provided. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date from the Army Single Face To Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore, incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the a bove Internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotation may render your quote nonresponsive and result in the rejecti on of the same. The proposed contract is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Code is 333414. See note 12.
