Description

The purpose of this amendment is to direct offerors attention to (2) additional attachments (Attachment 002, Rev 001) at URL:https://aais.ria.army.mil/aais/SOLINFO/index.htm , which replaces the original Performance Description (PD) (original Attach ment 002), and adds Attachment 010, which lists the PD sections affected by the revisions. The sections omitted from the original PD do not apply to this procurement. To retrieve these additional attachments, go to the URL address listed above, click on th e Draft Solicitations/Specifications/Scopes of Work link and find the attachments for W52H09-06-T-GRAF. Additionally, this amendment serves to make available to offerors the following clarifications: 1. Reference paragraph 4 of the SOW (Attachment 001). Mouse holes may be in the roof or in a floor to a lower story. 2. Reference paragraphs 1&5 of the SOW (Attachment 001) and Drawings (Attachment 003). The IDIQ contract will be awarded based on evaluation of pricing on the Notional Delivery Order (NDO) as r eferenced in the solicitation and Price Sheet (Attachment 004). As a result, any order placed against the contract could involve any combination of LF and NLF structures and related camera quantities. Attachment 003 indicates the number of cameras that wou ld be required for each building if it required cameras. 3. Reference 3.2.6 of the Performance Description. Breach Doors shall eliminate shoot through. As a result of these clarifications and revisions, this amendment further serves to extend the closing d ate for this solicitation to 10 October, 2006, at 4:30 PM, Central Standard Time.
