- This is a small business set-aside. The solicitation shall be available in the FedBizOpps until 2:00 P.M. MST October 16, 2006 per changes made in Amendment Number 2. The small business standard is $23.5 Million and the NAICS Code 484210. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision shall be based upon Opening Announcement in FedBizOpps, dated October 4, 2006 " PRICE: The NPS shall analyze prices to verify they are fair and reasonable per the requirements of Federal Acquisition Regulations, Subpart 13.106-3. The non-price evaluation factors and their associated acceptability standards are: Technical. Capability of the item offered to meet the agency need; product literature, technical features, warranty features. Past performance. Past performance is a measure of the degree to which a contractor has satisfied its customers in the past. Standard of Acceptability: The quoter must receive at least a satisfactory past performance rating from all sources contacted by the NPS. The NPS will evaluate past performance based on, the Government's knowledge of quoter's past performance, and / or references obtained from any other source." Changes to Q1574060198 for Amendment Number 3 are as follows: 1) Wage Determinations under the Service Contract Act Apply: Wage Determination Number: 1997-0055 Revision Number: 17 Date of Revision: 05/24/2006 The wage determination may be obtained on-line at: http://www.wdol.gov FAR Clause 52.222.41 (applies) per on-line at: http://acquisition.gov/far/index.html 2) Original Solicitation read: "The Park Service requires that interested bidders attend a site visit September 26, 2006 at 10:30 am. Meet at the Supply Center Building in Mammoth." Shall now read: "Offerors or quoters are urged and expected to inspect the site where services are to be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award." 3) The government is seeking an option to include the ability for the purchase of boxes for this movement.
