Description

The National Park Service, Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, has identified a requirement for a solicitation meadow restoration work in Sequoia National Park This solicitation is set-aside for 100% HUBZone designated concerns only. This project consists of work associated with filling and re-grading the eroded gully in upper Halstead Meadow. Work includes: load and haul fill, build temporary access ramp from highway to the gully, water diversion, filling, grading, compacting, placing logs, silt protection, and traffic control. The National Park Service encourages and welcomes the participation within a HUBZone of small business firms, minority-owned business firms, and women-owned business concerns. The solicitation, N8558070800, will be issued electronically on the Department of Interior's (DOI) National Business Center (NBC) website, http://ideasec.nbc.gov, approximately 15 days. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be made available. Subscribers to this service are ultimately responsible for reviewing the above web site for all information relevant to this solicitation. Prospective offerors desiring to conduct business with DOI are requested to register at the Central Contractors Register (CCR) on the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. Submission date for offers will be approximately 30 days after issuance of the solicitation. The Government anticipates an award of a firm fixed price contract with a magnitude between $100,000 and $250,000. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 238910 with a size standard for Small Business of $13 Million.
