- The synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, Virginia plans to procure on a sole source basis, renewal of software and hardware support from Concurrent Computer Corporation, 4375 River Green Parkway, Duluth, Georgia 30096 through 30 September 2007, which shall include unlimited technical telephone support Monday through Friday (excluding government holidays and weekends) 8 AM to 5 PM EST and next day on-site service (after service call has been made) which shall include travel, materials and labor to keep the equipment fully operational during the period of the contract (excluding weekends and government holidays) 8 AM to 5 PM EST. Method of award shall be Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The basis for the sole source on this maintenance is that Concurrent is the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) as well as the software and these items are proprietary to Concurrent. Concurrent?s exclusive knowledge and expertise is required to keep the equipment running smoothly as well as providing the necessary software upgrades and updates and support licenses necessary for critical Dept of Defense development programs. The software and hardware to be covered under this contract shall include: PowerWorks Development Software, part no. WA9000-JKDV (1 each); C2 Audit Module Software, part no. WA9035-JK (l each); MaxADA (Base plus Single) Software, part no. WL1507-JM ( 1 each); NightStart Tools Software, part no. WU1220-JDV (1 each); PowerStack II Dual Hardware, part no. HOPS22-H (1 each); Disk Frame Hardware 3-1/2 inch, part no. SN7801 (1 each); 256 DRAM Memory Module (Hardware), part no. MN6400J (1 each); 256 DRAM Memory Module (Hardware), part no. MN6400-J (1 each); Dual Ported Memory (Hardware), part no. MN6408-A (1 each); Disk Frame, 3-1/2 inch (Hardware), part no. SN7801 (1 each); Disk Carrier, 16-bit, 3.5 inch (Hardware), part no. SN7802 (1 each); Disk Carrier, 16-bit, 3.5 inch (Hardware), part no. SN7802 (1 each); DAT Tape, 4MM (Hardware), part no. TC6164A-AE (1 each); 17 inch Monitor, High Resolution (Hardware), part no.
