- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice as well as FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation, N00104-07-Q-Q793, is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2001-19 and DFARS Change Notice 2004 0101. The associated NAICS code is 334111 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. This will be sole source procurement to MaxVision Corporation of Madison, Alabama. The Naval Inventory Control Point-Mechanicsburg has a requirement for the following MaxVision Corp. products; (15) each NGA-DS Workstation Spare Part Kits (see attached parts list for spare parts kit detail). Delivery and acceptance is at the Space and Naval Warfare System Center Phila., C4I Program Office, Naval Inventory Control Point-Phila. 19111, FOB Destination. Delivery shall be no later than 30 days from date of award. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to Maxvision. All other vendors who believe they can provide the exact same part numbers, all or nothing, must complete and submit with its proposal, FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items and DFARs 252.212-7000 Offeror Representations and Certifications-- The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions? Commercial Items and FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
